Alright everybody, make way for the rest of this week’s picks and as always, you can thank me on Tuesday.

St. Louis Rams FootballThe Buccaneers win last week over the Saints had as much to do with the Saints as it did with the Bucs. The Rams are not great, but they’re not an 0-3 team either. It will be close, but the Rams will win it.

The Bengals at the Seahawks, …HMMMMM!! Two teams that resemble Sybil. Any of you remember Sybil??? You know, …multiple personalities??? Oh, Nevermind!!! If the good Bengals show up they have enough offense to beat either the good Seahawks or the bad Seahawks. So there you go.

Oh Boy!!! The Cleveland Browns at Oakland. Can you imagine?? Watching this game is punishment for shoplifting in some countries. Do I really have to pick one?? OK, …the Raiders and I can’t come up with a reason why!! There, …you happy??

Denver Broncos FootballJacksonville will go to Denver, and like everyone else, won’t be able to breath, but apparently the Broncos can’t breath anywhere. I know that they are 2-0, but they haven’t exactly been torching folks. I think that the Broncos will beat the Jaguars at home with, of all things, a late field goal.

The Carolina Panthers travel to Atlanta to take on the high flying Falcons. Joey Harrington has the “dirty birds” at the top of their game. …Oh wait, did I say that outloud??? Carolina bounces back and thumps the Falcons. It’s only a matter of time before we see Byron Leftwich back on the field.

The New York Football Giants will go to Washington and get punched in the mouth by the Redskins. Joe Gibbs has the men from DC coming together and I thought Jason Campbell was impressive last Monday night. The Skins should have their way with the awful Giants “D”. It won’t matter what happens for them on offense.

The Cowboys at The Bears is one of the more intriguing games of the week. Unfortunately for Bears fans it will hinge on the “Good Rex, Bad Rex” thing. Tony Romo is due to have a bad game and the Bears defense could make a statement to the rest of the NFC with a big game. However, I think the Cowboys will win it in a shootout.

New Orleans Saints FootballOn Monday night the Tennessee Titans invade the Superdome to take on the 0-2 Saints. The Titans have played much better than I had ever imagined they could, but I just can’t see the Saints losing their home opener. Kicker Olindo Mare will be the difference.

There you have it. Read ‘em and weap!!! Let me know if I’ve touched any nerves.

Have a great weekend everybody!!
