Last Week I Went 6-8 Baby!!!!

Okay, 6-8 isn’t exactly 14-0, but C’mon, who had the Browns beating the Ravens, the Falcons beating the Texans, the Cardinals beating the Steelers, and the Chiefs beating anybody??? Are You Kidding Me?? The way I see it, …I’m an honorary 10-4 for the week. My Blog, …My Rules, and as long as you’re at my blog you’ll live by my… oh, sorry. Just kidding!!

Anyway, is the whole San Diego Chargers thing brutal to watch or what?? Norv Turner and A. J. Smith have to be as nervous as Paris Hilton at a spelling bee. If the Chargers keep playing like this, it will be interesting to see who will go first. My guess is, it will be Smith. Any takers??

Coming on the heels of winning their first two games and playing pretty well against the defending Super Bowl Champions last week, the Texans had an opportunity to take another step forward in the development of their franchise Sunday, but they went to Atlanta and laid an egg. Now, I’ve been saying for a while that the Falcons aren’t as big a mess as everyone thinks, but man, the Texans needed to win that game. I can’t help but wonder how this might affect them the rest of the way.

Some things we learned this past weekend:

The Cowboys are really good, the 49ers and Ravens seem destined to disappoint, the Giants are wierd, the Patriots are going to win the Super Bowl, and Brian Griese isn’t the answer to anything.
