I don't think there is any heat just yet, maybe next year if things don't go well. In his defense, sucess won't happen until they get the players salaries under control and they can spend money on a RB,OL and DB's. They should still be able to play fundamental football and come to the game prepared (which they can't seem to do) ... treat it like dinner, come hungry!!
